Osteopathic Manual Practitioner
Lisa Nugent
I'm Lisa Nugent, an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner based in Kelowna, BC. I became drawn to osteopathy because of its whole-body approach and the opportunity to work with each person as an individual.
My goal is to help you better understand your body, feel more comfortable in your movement and support you through the different stages of life.
I work with infants and children, pregnant and postpartum clients, and adults looking for support with pain, mobility, recovery and overall movement.
My Approach
No two people move or experience their bodies in exactly the same way. That's why I don't take a one-size-fits-all approach to treatment.
I begin by listening to what you're experiencing and assessing how your body is moving as a whole. From there, treatment is tailored to your individual needs, whether that means working through an area of discomfort, supporting recovery or helping you move more freely.
My approach is gentle, hands-on and centred around making sure you feel comfortable and understood throughout the process.
